The Pledgor hereby represents and warrants to the Community House of Moorestown (“CHM”) that it shall pay this pledge and honor its commitment as set forth above. The Pledgor further acknowledges that CHM is a licensed 501(c)(3) not-for-profit corporation in the State of New Jersey and which shall accept and rely upon this unrestricted Pledge in support of its future endeavors. The within Pledge shall be and remain legally enforceable for a period of five (5) years from CHM’s receipt of same.
